Daraz is the dominant ecommerce platform in Pakistan, but its fee structure is opaque if you only read the welcome guide. Here's every charge that comes out of your payout, with realistic numbers in PKR.

Category commission

Daraz commission ranges from 5% (Electronics) up to 12% (Beauty & Health) of the selling price. Fashion sits around 10%, Mobile Accessories around 7%. Daraz updates these annually — check Seller Center for your current category.

COD service fee

Roughly 3% of order value on Cash on Delivery orders. Prepaid orders skip this. Pakistani buyers are 70%+ COD, so for most sellers this is unavoidable.

Shipping deduction

Daraz subtracts the shipping fee from your payout based on weight and zone. Typical small orders deduct PKR 100–150.

Packaging and reverse logistics

You pay packaging out of pocket (PKR 30–60 per order). Returned orders incur a reverse logistics fee plus the original shipping cost — budget 5–10% of revenue for return losses.
